These no-bake coconut protein bites only take a few minutes to make and are packed with plant-based nutrition and flavour! Gluten-free, nut-free, kid-friendly and delicious!



  1. Place all ingredients in a food processor or high-powered blender.
  2. Mix until it forms a dough.
  3. Roll into balls.
  4. Store in the fridge or freezer.


If your dates aren’t soft, soak in hot water for 10 minutes and drain before using. For best results, use fresh, soft medjool dates.
