If you’ve been following my blog for a while, you know that I used to post a lot more workouts. Now that I’m at CrossFit 4-5 days a week, I just don’t make up my own workouts as much as I used to hence my lack of workout posts. I do workout on my own about once or twice a week though, and they’re usually pretty good ones, so I’ll try to get back in the habit of sharing them with you.
Now, about this little delight of a WOD I’ve got for ya today…it’s a burner, that’s for sure! I did it today on my lunch break, just barely squeezing it in to 30 minutes. I had to test it for you, and test it out I did! I’ll let you know how I’m feeling tomorrow…whew, it’s a sweaty one. So here we go.
You’ll be completing 5 rounds of 4 different supersets (2 exercises back to back), for 8 exercises in total. You’ll need a kettlebell and a bench or box, that’s it!
I used a 16kg kettlebell for everything, and that was plenty, although you could probably go a little heavier for the deadlift high-pull. Depending on how cray you’re feelin’. Remember to keep good form, chest up, straight back, core tight. No muscle left behind. Let’s do this thing.
