All Core Workout
Have an interval timer ready and set it to 20 seconds of work and 10 seconds of rest for 5 rounds. 20 seconds doesn’t feel like much for the first few rounds, but wait until the last few rounds and you’ll be feeling it! I included video examples below, if you’re unsure of any of these exercises just take a quick peek at the videos first.
Do each exercise for 20 seconds with 10 seconds of rest between exercises. Repeat the circuit 5 times.
1. Plank with Knee to Elbow
3. Side Plank with Raises – Left
4. Side Plank with Raises – Right
5. Weighted Plank with Row and Twist
6. Scissor Abs

After that I finished up with:
8 x 10 Split Lunge Jump
First 4 sets – FAST AS YOU CAN!
Second 4 sets – SLOW – hold for 3 seconds at the bottom. These slow ones burn!!
